Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of IT experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Experience leading IT teams or supervisors.
• Experience supporting ERP systems and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day IT operations for manufacturing and business functions.
• Provide onsite support for production-critical systems and plant-floor technologies.
• Ensure uptime, reliability and security of IT systems across site.
• Collaborate with Operations and Engineering on automation and data collection.
• Drive SOX IT controls and documentation for audits.
