Job summary

fairlife, LLC, a Coca-Cola subsidiary, is seeking an on-site IT Administrator for our Goodyear, AZ facility. You will serve as senior IT resource, mentor the team, and drive endpoint and OT reliability while leading site-level projects.

You will resolve complex hardware, software, networking, and manufacturing-system issues, administer Microsoft technologies, and coordinate with central IT for deployments and upgrades. Strong manufacturing IT experience is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive IT support/administration experience, with 2–3 years in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced frontline and escalated support across the site, resolving complex hardware, software, networking, Microsoft stack, and manufacturing system issues.
• Administration and optimization of Microsoft technologies (Intune, Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, BitLocker, licensing, etc.).
• Serve as the primary smart-hands and on-site technical lead for central Network, Server, and Infrastructure teams on projects, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to Site IT Support Specialists and Technicians.
• Lead or coordinate site-specific IT projects (endpoint deployments, network expansions, plant floor technology upgrades).
• Support and optimize IT Production and OT systems (HMIs, SCADA interfaces, shop floor equipment, security boundaries).
• Monitor site infrastructure health, perform proactive maintenance, and drive root cause analysis.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, cybersecurity standards, change management, and KPI reporting.
• Act as the key point of escalation and collaboration between the site and central IT teams.
• Contribute to knowledgebase development and continuous improvement initiatives.
