Job summary

Cargill is seeking a Senior Professional, Operations to sustain and enhance plant infrastructure, monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement security and reliability improvements across manufacturing sites.

This onsite role may travel within the territory and requires hands-on support for infrastructure and workplace technology, with several years of related experience. The position emphasizes collaboration with vendors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor infrastructure performance across network, virtual and physical devices.
• Diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure and workplace tech issues.
• Lead incident management for network and hosting problems.
• Perform protocol analysis to troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Configure and deploy new hardware and software with existing systems.
• Collaborate with vendors, remote teams and internal groups on onsite work.
• Validate documentation of issues, resolutions and asset inventories.
• Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery plans.
• Lead IT projects, upgrades, migrations and new implementations.
• Develop automation scripts to improve efficiency.
