Job summary

6AM City, LLC is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to provide hands-on technical support at a manufacturing site in Klingerstown, PA. This long-term contract role combines independent work with collaboration to IT teams and occasional travel for training or backup site coverage.

Responsibilities include desktop/end-user support, imaging and endpoint configuration, incident tracking, and contributing to site IT projects.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of desktop or technical support experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Windows 10 and hardware troubleshooting.
• Experience imaging desktops and configuring endpoints with enterprise tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day desktop and endpoint support for both office and plant users.
• Record and track requests in the service management platform with clear documentation.
• Troubleshoot recurring issues and implement lasting fixes to reduce incidents.
• Assist with site IT projects like workstation deployments and software updates.
• Configure, deploy, image, and maintain desktops, laptops, and related devices.
• Support mobile and peripheral technologies used in manufacturing operations.
