Job summary

Auria is seeking an IT Analyst for our Spartanburg Plant in Spartanburg, South Carolina. You will provide onsite and remote support for manufacturing IT systems, including hardware, software, and network components, ensuring production continuity.

The role involves system maintenance, upgrades, and collaboration with production, engineering and operations teams. Candidates should have 5+ years in IT support, familiarity with ERP like PLEX, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT support experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience with automotive manufacturing is a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP solutions such as PLEX is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote technical support for manufacturing IT systems, including hardware, software, and network components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to production systems, devices, and applications promptly.
• Provide training and guidance to manufacturing staff on IT tools and systems.
