Job summary

ImageTek Mfg., Inc. is seeking an Inventory Manager in North Springfield, VT to oversee all inventory activities, ensuring accurate, timely flow of materials from raw to finished goods.

You will partner with Production, Purchasing, Quality, Engineering, Customer Service, and Shipping to optimize stock levels and cost. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and experienced in fast-paced contract manufacturing with die cutting, laminating, and injection molding.

Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Minimum 3–5 years of inventory control, warehouse management, or materials management in manufacturing.
• Experience in contract manufacturing, plastics, die cutting, laminating, or injection molding is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience managing raw materials, WIP, and finished goods inventory.
• Experience using an ERP or manufacturing inventory management system.
• Strong Excel skills with ability to analyze inventory data and prepare reports.
• Knowledge of cycle counting, physical inventories, and MRPs is beneficial.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills; ability to handle competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory control and accuracy across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Coordinate with production planning and purchasing to meet schedules and commitments.
• Track material movements and ensure proper job and order issuance.
• Maintain lot/batch traceability and monitor shelf-life and storage conditions.
• Lead receiving, warehousing, and material handling activities with quality checks.
• Develop and monitor inventory KPIs such as turns, accuracy, and cycle counts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize material flow and cost control.
