Job summary
ImageTek in North Springfield, VT is seeking a Supply Chain Planning and Materials Analyst to lead the PMC team, ensuring manufacturing continuity and on-time customer delivery. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related discipline.
- 8+ years of supply chain experience in electronics or EV manufacturing, high-tech, EMS environments, with at least 2 years in leadership.
- Proven experience in large-scale contract manufacturing with EMS workflows.
- Experience managing annual procurement spend exceeding $100M USD is strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, critical thinking and forecasting skills.
- Proficient in MRP/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Eci-Max, Oracle).
- Data analytics using advanced Excel and visualization tools (PowerBI/Tableau).
- Familiarity with US import/export regulations and logistics compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead Master Scheduling and MRP execution to align capacity and materials with forecasts and orders.
- Oversee NPI to Mass Production ramp ensuring CTB readiness during trials and ramp-up.
- Drive S&OP alignment and react to demand changes and ECOs.
- Oversee procurement for critical components and manage PO lifecycles.
- Monitor supplier delivery performance and mitigate risks with proactive buffers.
- Define inventory strategies and manage safety stock, min/max, and VMI.
