Job summary

USA Rare Earth is seeking a Manufacturing Intern to support daily production activities in a learning-focused role within a production environment.

You will gain hands-on experience across manufacturing processes, documentation, quality, and production support while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting.

Position Overview

The Manufacturing Intern will support a broad range of day-to-day manufacturing activities while gaining hands-on experience in a production environment. This is a learning-focused role that provides exposure to manufacturing processes, documentation, quality, and production support.

Minimum Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a college or technical program.
• Interest in manufacturing, production, or hands-on technical work.
• Willingness to learn and work in a hands-on environment.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work effectively with a team.
• College student pursuing a degree or technical program in any relevant field.
• Engineering degree or engineering experience is not required.
