Job summary

USA Rare Earth is seeking a Manufacturing Intern to support daily production activities and gain hands-on experience in a real manufacturing setting. The role emphasizes documenting processes, quality support, and cross-functional collaboration with production, quality, and materials teams.

The position is learning-focused, with exposure to manufacturing processes and production support. Enrollment in a college or technical program is required, with no engineering degree required.

Position Overview:

The Manufacturing Intern will support a broad range of day-to-day manufacturing activities while gaining hands-on experience in a production environment. This is a learning-focused role that provides exposure to manufacturing processes, documentation, quality, and production support.
