You’ll work with Manufacturing, Quality and Engineering teams on a focused SOLP project, analyze batch data, and help develop practical, visual SOPs and standards that drive consistency and efficiency throughout the facility.

Responsibilities

• Drive Meaningful Process Improvements: Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering professionals to support a focused improvement project within Neogen's Solution Preparation (SOLP) operations.
• Turn Data into Actionable Insights: Collect, organize, and analyze historical batch‑record data, including pH measurements, adjustment quantities, repeat adjustments, and other process observations to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Improve Process Consistency: Evaluate historical production results and help develop practical, standardized solution‑adjustment guidance that supports greater consistency and efficiency, subject to Manufacturing and Quality review and approval.
• Bring Visual Standards to Life: Observe solution preparation activities, document expected solution appearances, and capture controlled photographs to support clear, user‑friendly visual standards within standard operating procedures (SOPs).
