Neogen’s Lexington-based Quality Intern program offers hands-on experience in a professional lab, manufacturing, or operations setting. You will support quality projects, analyze data, and learn to apply classroom knowledge to real business challenges.

This internship includes a structured project aligned with Quality team needs, opportunities to present findings, and mentorship from experienced professionals.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Participate in departmental projects and day‑to‑day Quality activities.
• Collect, organize, and analyze data; summarize findings clearly.
• Review processes, procedures, or documentation and recommend improvements.
• Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, or project materials.
• Collaborate with Quality, Operations, Laboratory, and cross‑functional partners.
