Job summary

• Detail oriented, reliable, and self-motivated.
• Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing, lean, process optimization methods and quality.
• Able to interpret engineering diagrams and develop labor estimates and/or standards based on design specifications.

Recommend design changes to optimize install labor and ergonomics.* Utilize LEAN methods to plan new processes and work cells, and optimize existing operations aimed at eliminating waste and increasing efficiencies.* Maintain and update existing labor standards.* Perform time and motion studies on complex tasks using standard Industrial Engineering methods, including direct observation or engineered standards.* Assist in the development of strategies, standards, guidelines and procedures for documenting and establishing labor standards.* Provide engineering and economic analysis support in analyzing and designing facilities, workflows, methods, and processes.
