Inside the Role Corporate Manufacturing Engineering is seeking a highly motivated and self-directed Manufacturing Assembly Process Engineer (L6) to support the development, implementation, and improvement of assembly manufacturing processes across DTNA operations. This role is ideal for an engineer who thrives in a fast-paced and changing environment and enjoys balancing multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders. The successful candidate will provide strong technical execution, solve manufacturing problems, and coordinate project activities from concept through implementation. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, adaptable, organized, and resourceful. They independently investigate problems, identify practical alternatives, and follow issues through resolution while maintaining focus on safety, quality, cost, and schedule.

We Take Care of Our Team Position offers a starting salary range of $86,000 - $110,000 USD Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience. Exceptional Candidates Might Have Experience supporting truck, automotive, heavy equipment, or high-volume manufacturing operations. Experience with safety‑critical processes, torque‑controlled fastening systems, tooling, automation, or controls. Experience with Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and problem‑solving methodologies. Spanish language proficiency (written and verbal) is a plus. Experience working with cross‑functional and geographically dispersed teams, including operations in Mexico and North America. Brings positive energy and enthusiasm to the team. Naturally takes ownership without waiting to be directed. The ability to remain effective under pressure, changing priorities, and incomplete information. A proactive communication style and consistent follow‑through on commitments. Curiosity about new manufacturing methods, tools, and technologies.
