Job summary

Reser’s is seeking a Maintenance Manager at our refrigerated manufacturing facility to oversee maintenance staff, coordinate repairs, equipment installation and preventive maintenance under limited supervision.

The role requires leadership, troubleshooting with HMI and PLCs, ensuring safety, and managing performance, with some travel and possible evening/weekend scheduling.

Qualifications

• 10+ years maintenance experience
• Electrical/mechanical experience preferred
• Basic computer skills required
• Training experience preferred
• English/Spanish bilingual a plus

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

1. Manages maintenance employees and oversee automated technology.

Job Specifications

1. 10+ years maintenance experience is required.

2. Electrical mechanical experience is preferred.

3. Basic computers skills are required.

4. Training experience is preferred.

5. English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Working Conditions

1. Refrigerated food manufacturing plant.

2. The environment may be wet or dry and temperatures may range from 25F to 110F.

3. Frequent exposure to hazardous material and conditions.

4. Occasional lifting, kneeling, and bending with items in excess of 100 lbs is required.

5. Travel 5% of the time.

6. Production demands may require and/or evening or weekend scheduling.

This position is eligible for a bonus based on company goals/performance.
