Job summary

Reser's Fine Foods is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance staff and oversee repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance in our facility. You will supervise technicians, troubleshoot PLC/HMI systems, and ensure safe, reliable operation in a refrigerated food plant.

The role requires a strong background in electrical/mechanical maintenance, hands-on leadership, and commitment to GMPs and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 10+ years maintenance experience is required.
• Electrical mechanical experience is preferred.
• Basic computers skills are required.
• Training experience is preferred.
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manages maintenance employees and oversees automated technology.
• Troubleshoots problems with Human-Machine Interface and Programmable Logic Controllers.
• Maintains employee relations and evaluates job performance.
• Conducts preventative maintenance and follow-through.
• Makes repairs using a Business Planning and Control System.
• Follows company safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Regular attendance and punctuality is required.

Working Conditions

• 1. Refrigerated food manufacturing plant.
• 2. The environment may be wet or dry and temperatures may range from 25F to 110F.
• 3. Frequent exposure to hazardous material and conditions.
• 4. Occasional lifting, kneeling, and bending with items in excess of 100 lbs is required.
• 5. Travel 5% of the time.
• 6. Production demands may require and/or evening or weekend scheduling.

This position is eligible for a bonus based on company goals/performance.
