Job summary

Katalyst CRO is seeking a Manufacturing & Industrial Engineer to design and optimize factory layouts, manage production planning, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing floor.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 8 years of experience, with strong Lean, Six Sigma, and line-balancing skills, plus proficiency in time studies and value stream mapping. You will contribute to New Product Introduction efforts and warehouse optimization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize factory layouts to improve workflow and efficiency.
• Manage production planning and line balancing activities.
• Conduct time studies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and Value Stream Mapping methodologies.
