Job summary

Saigepartners is seeking an Industrial Engineer to lead continuous improvement initiatives that optimize manufacturing processes, improve product flow, reduce waste, and boost productivity using Lean principles.

The role also manages the Industrial Engineering team and partners with operations to drive operational excellence across the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 5+ years of Industrial Engineering experience in manufacturing.
• 3+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Experience with root cause analysis, process improvement, and data analysis.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Develop production standards, capacity models, and planning tools.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
