Qualifications

• Able to work full‑time, 40 hours per week
• Must be willing to work in a plant environment

Responsibilities

• Analyze efficiency of manufacturing operations and changes related to personnel, material, machines and facilities
• Lead or assist in developing improvements in layouts, labor control and material flow
• Communicate findings and recommendations with mentorship from supervisors
• Perform vital calculations and create operation descriptions for studies and changes
