Qualifications include a bachelor's in HR or related field and 5+ years of progressive HR leadership, with preferred HR certifications. Travel may be required to support organizational needs.

• 5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or senior HR professional.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or similar HR certification preferred.
