Job summary

Alamo Group Municipal Mowing Solutions is seeking an HR Manager to lead HR operations for our Seguin, TX plant and support a second facility in Sioux Falls, SD. The role partners with executives to align HR programs with business goals and ensures compliant, proactive employee relations.

You will manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and benefits, while developing training and succession plans to grow leadership capability across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, management or related field.
• Active HR certification (PHR/SHRM-SCP) preferred.
• Minimum 10 years HR experience managing HR programs or function.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR programs, policies and procedures for manufacturing operations.
• Advise on performance management, coaching, and employee relations.
• Recruitment, onboarding, and coordination with hiring managers.
• Oversee payroll, benefits, and HRIS data entry.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal requirements.
