Vitakraft Sunseed INC. in Weston, Ohio seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead all HR functions within a manufacturing environment.

Reporting to the CFO, this role drives compliance, employee engagement, workforce planning, and program development to elevate organizational performance. The HR Manager oversees recruiting, employee relations, training, compensation and benefits, performance management, and labor relations as applicable, partnering with plant leadership to support

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
5–8 years of progressive human resources experience.
Minimum 3 years in HR leadership role, preferably in manufacturing, industrial or production environment.
Experience supporting hourly and salary workforce.
Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage all HR functions in a manufacturing environment.
Serve as a strategic partner to plant leadership and ensure employment law compliance.
Oversee recruitment, employee relations, training and development, compensation, benefits, performance management, and labor relations as applicable.
Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract skilled manufacturing talent.
Monitor turnover trends and implement retention strategies.
Collaborate with EHS to promote a strong safety culture.
