Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR guidance while ensuring compliance with policies and laws.
• Lead employee relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Manage workers' compensation, legal claims, and regulatory matters with legal and insurance partners.
• Develop and deliver training programs, coach leaders, support performance management, oversee benefits administration, and drive HR initiatives.
• Oversee separation processes including layoffs and exit interviews with compliant, positive experiences.
• Lead complex employee relations investigations from interviewing to resolution with leaders and counsel.
