Nucor Steel Sedalia is seeking an HR Manager to oversee all human resources functions for the division, combining leadership presence with structured processes and open communication. The role will drive people strategies, safety, compliance, and employee relations across the site.

Responsibilities

Oversees benefits (medical, dental, vision, FSA, life, disability, 401K, etc.)
Oversees weekly payroll administration and attendance tracking
Handles division-wide communication and employee relations across the site
Oversees recruiting of full-time teammates, student programs, and terminations per regulations
Oversees division-wide training and teammate development
Oversees community support activities and advertising
Participates in developing and implementing strategic plans to meet objectives
