Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• Prior HR experience through internships, co-ops, entry-level roles, academic projects, or related work experience preferred.
• Prior leadership experience through professional, academic, volunteer, or extracurricular activities preferred.
• Exposure to manufacturing environments and/or familiarity with union or labor relations is beneficial.
• General knowledge of Human Resources functions, employment practices, or business operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the HR team at a manufacturing site with recruitment, employee relations, engagement, training, benefits coordination, and HR analytics.
• Partner with operations leadership to support HR projects related to retention and workforce planning.
• Help with documentation and follow-up related to employee concerns and investigations.
• Assist with annual benefits enrollment and employee engagement activities.
• Build relationships with team members and cross-functional partners across the site.
