You'll collaborate with plant HR and operations leaders, shadow HR professionals, and contribute to continuous improvement projects while developing the skills needed for a career in Human Resources.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in HR or related field.
• Sophomore year completed in undergrad.
• Strong interest in HR disciplines including Employee Relations and Labor Relations.
• Willingness to travel periodically to manufacturing sites.

Responsibilities

• Assist hourly recruiting activities including screening, interview coordination, onboarding.
• Participate in employee engagement programs and suggest improvements.
• Analyze workforce data and HR metrics.
• Support employee relations activities.
• Shadow HR professionals across facilities to learn HR practices.
• Assist with HR compliance and records management.
