Job summary

Newell Brands is seeking an HR Generalist to support the hourly workforce within our manufacturing and distribution environments. You will administer talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, investigations, policy administration, and HR compliance activities to drive engagement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• HR experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, or operations environments.
• Experience supporting hourly employee populations.
• Experience with employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, and HR administration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site leadership to execute HR priorities and workforce strategies.
• Coordinate full-cycle recruiting including requisitions, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Lead onboarding and orientation programs for a positive employee experience.
• Maintain employee records and HRIS data changes with accuracy and privacy.
• Support performance management and merit review processes with reports and materials.
• Prepare HR metrics, audits, and workforce analytics to support decisions.
• Assist with leaves of absence and workers' compensation administration.
• Conduct employee relations investigations and assist with corrective actions.
• Support engagement, recognition, communication, and retention initiatives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and ensure legal compliance.
