Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field.
0–4 years HR experience in manufacturing or industrial setting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work on site across multiple shifts.

Responsibilities

Maintain employee records and HRIS data entry with accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist with employee relations matters, investigations, and documentation.
Administer attendance tracking, leave of absence requests, and FMLA paperwork.
Support safety program administration and incident reporting.
Help prepare HR metrics and reports for plant leadership.
Serve as first point of contact for employee questions about policies, benefits, and payroll.
Support recruiting for hourly production and skilled trades roles, including screening and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation, and required pre-employment checks.
