PaperWorks US is seeking a production operator to safely perform a wide range of tasks in our paperboard finishing operations. You will follow product specifications, set up and adjust machines, and maintain a clean work area.

The role requires the ability to work rotating day and night shifts, pass drug and background checks, lift up to 50 lbs, and learn manufacturing processes to advance within the company.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will be safety‑minded, able to work in a fast‑paced environment, and eager to learn manufacturing processes while operating complex machinery.
• Must pass drug screen.
• Must pass background check.
• Can lift 50 lbs.
• Must be at least 18+ years old.

Responsabilités

• Setting up machine according to product specifications
• Adjusting equipment using tools to set speeds and feed rates
• Cleaning and maintaining equipment & work area
• Preparing material for each schedule job
• Assisting other operators to resolve production issues
• Executing all machine schedules
• Reporting daily production
• Stocking finish product as needed
• Swing shifts/rotating shifts – must be able to work days and nights
