Job summary

The Clearwater Paper Augusta Mill is seeking an entry-level Production Laborer to operate mill production equipment, perform housekeeping, read tape measures, and follow SOPs to ensure high-quality paperboard products. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Commitment to safety and quality.
• Basic mechanical ability to adjust equipment to maximize production and ensure quality.
• Crane or hoist experience.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs frequently, up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and monitor quality.
• Maintain documentation of rounds and SOPs.
• Communicate with shift operators on quality and production concerns.
• Maintain a safe work environment for self and others.
• Move supplies using forklift or Bobcat and assist with housekeeping tasks.
• Read gauges, tape measures, and other test equipment to ensure product quality.
