Job summary

EZG Manufacturing in Ohio is hiring a General Laborer to support production across assembly and loading tasks in a fast-paced environment. You can work solo or with a team, performing hands-on duties and operating equipment under supervision.

Candidates with 0–3 years of laborer experience, ability to read a tape measure, basic math, and a team-oriented attitude will fit well. We offer a competitive benefits package and a respectful, growth-minded workplace.

Qualifications

• 0 to 3 years laborer experience. Manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to operate hand tools (air wrenches, grinders, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.
• Basic math skills – addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist with assembly and production tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Operate machinery under supervision.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials.
• Operate forklifts and cranes in a safe and efficient manner.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure finished products meet high standards.
• Other duties or special projects as assigned.
