Job summary

Alliance Industrial Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Associate / General Laborer in Twinsburg, OH. The role supports daily manufacturing, production, warehouse, and tube mill operations on-site with 2nd or 3rd shift options and competitive pay.

You will read instructions, follow safety rules, inspect and package finished materials, and assist operators with setup. The position offers immediate hours, weekly pay, and benefits, with growth opportunities in a team‑oriented, safety‑first

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, production, or general labor a plus.
• Ability to read work instructions and safety rules.
• Basic math skills (fractions, decimals, percentages).
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Reliable attendance and positive work ethic.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Support daily manufacturing, production, warehouse, and tube mill operations.
• Read and follow work orders, safety rules, operating instructions, and packaging instructions.
• Inspect, stack, pack, label, and organize finished materials.
• Prepare carts, racks, staging materials, and packaging supplies.
• Use banding, packaging, scanning, and inventory tracking tools.
• Verify tags, stickers, labels, and product accuracy.
• Assist machine operators and team members with setup and workflow.
• Adhere to safety procedures, including safety checks and emergency stops.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Perform general labor and production duties as needed.
