Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, production, or general labor a plus.
• Ability to read work instructions and safety rules.
• Basic math skills (fractions, decimals, percentages).
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Reliable attendance and positive work ethic.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Support daily manufacturing, production, warehouse, and tube mill operations.
• Read and follow work orders, safety rules, operating instructions, and packaging instructions.
• Inspect, stack, pack, label, and organize finished materials.
• Prepare carts, racks, staging materials, and packaging supplies.
• Use banding, packaging, scanning, and inventory tracking tools.
• Verify tags, stickers, labels, and product accuracy.
• Assist machine operators and team members with setup and workflow.
• Adhere to safety procedures, including safety checks and emergency stops.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Perform general labor and production duties as needed.
