Job summary

Alliance Industrial Solutions is hiring General Laborers for manufacturing operations in Shreve and Orrville, Ohio. This hands-on role involves moving and supplying fertilizer and bulk materials while following plant safety and quality procedures.

Shift options include 1st shift (Mon–Thu, 5:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.) and 2nd shift (Mon–Thu, 3:00 p.m.–1:30 a.m.). Overtime may be available on Fridays and Saturdays, paid time and a half.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 55 pounds.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Safety-conscious and able to work in a team.
• Basic understanding of general labor work.

Responsibilities

• Load trucks, railcars, hoppers, and conveyors with fertilizer and bulk materials.
• Supply production lines with raw materials based on plant schedules and supervisor instructions.
• Manage blending and storage piles to help prevent product cross-contamination.
• Follow safety procedures and work with the team to support efficient operations.
