Job summary

Rand Whitney Mid Atlantic in Red Lion, PA is seeking a General Helper for the second shift. You will support production by performing quality checks, preparing materials, and assisting crew members in a safe, clean workspace.

The role requires teamwork, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow safety protocols. Prior manufacturing exposure helps; lifting and basic equipment operation may be involved.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year manufacturing experience preferred.
• Good computer skills, ability to track inventory in a computer.
• Able to communicate with all team members and adhere to safety regulations.
• Must be team player, organized and detail oriented.
• Able to multi task in a changing priority environment.
• Able to read a tape measure and use a wrench.

Responsibilities

• Review work schedule and prepare for operations.
• Clean area and complete required paperwork.
• Assist or operate machinery and support upset conditions.
• Meet production, waste and quality goals as part of a team.
• Adhere to plant safety and environmental guidelines and company policies.
• Handle special projects and assignments as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of information as required.
