Job summary

Rand Whitney Mid Atlantic in Red Lion, PA is seeking a General Helper to safely perform a wide range of production tasks. You will conduct quality checks, set up materials, assist crew members, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year manufacturing experience preferred, basic computer skills, and the ability to read a tape measure. Forklift or clamp truck experience is a plus.

Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies required to perform the work scheduled. Prepare for operations, check and/or perform any necessary completion of work from the previous shift.2. Clean area throughout the shift, secure all equipment and machinery, and complete all required paperwork.3. Help assist or operate machinery to expected performance levels. Assisting with machinery operations during upset conditions. Must be able to lift.4. Help meet or exceed production, waste and quality goals. Assist crew members and work in team environment.5. Adhere to all plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies and procedures.6. Special projects and assignments as business dictates.7. Responsible for the maintenance, creation and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by any Confidentiality or Privacy Standards or Company Policies that you have access or knowledge of, including but not limited to any state or federal regulations including HIPAA.# SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESN/A# SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS1.
