nVent Enclosure Systems LLC in Blaine, MN, is seeking a Finance Partner to drive the site’s financial planning, analysis, and reporting. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop operating plans, monitor performance, and build forecasting models.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's in accounting or finance, 4+ years FP&A experience, and strong skills in Excel, Tableau, and OneStream XF. This on-site role offers a broad benefits package and opportunities to influence cost

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
4+ years of FP&A, manufacturing, or corporate finance experience.
Strong communication with all organizational levels.
Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Tableau and OneStream XF.
Keen analytical and problem-solving skills with US GAAP knowledge.
Able to work under time constraints and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Serve as the Finance Partner for the Blaine manufacturing site to develop financial plans and monitor performance.
Lead end-to-end annual operating plan development for the site, including process flow and financial consolidation.
Support standard cost summary inputs and cost revaluation analyses.
Assist with quarterly forecast processes and maintain high-quality forecasts with risk assessment.
Track performance against plans and identify root causes to propose countermeasures.
Support data collection to understand variances and costs.
Maintain monthly close and communicate results to management.
Develop tools to analyze results and apply Lean principles for process improvements.
Own financial overview of capital investments, indirect purchases, and operating expenses.
