Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing finance with strong cost accounting knowledge.
• Proven ability to own budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and business partnering activities.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills with data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range financial planning for multiple facilities.
• Develop and maintain financial models, KPI reporting, and profitability analyses.
• Analyze manufacturing costs, customer profitability, plant performance, and operational results.
• Partner with plant leadership to drive performance improvements.
• Manage cash-flow forecasting and treasury activities, including short- and medium-term planning.
• Consolidate financial results across domestic and international operations for PE reporting.
