CFS, a global manufacturing organization in Elkhart, Indiana, seeks an experienced Finance Manager to lead FP&A, budgeting, cost accounting, and cross-functional financial support across operations. You will drive cost controls, profitability improvements, and strategic decision-making with senior leadership.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in finance with manufacturing exposure, strong ERP/Excel skills, and a track record of process improvements and team leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience.
• 5+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• Strong manufacturing, industrial, or supply chain finance background.
• Advanced experience with FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and manufacturing cost structures.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership and operational teams.
• Demonstrated success with process improvements and financial system implementations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and ERP experience.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with operational and executive leadership to provide financial guidance and support strategic business decisions.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and long-range planning.
• Oversee manufacturing financial activities, including standard costing, labor rates, capital expenditures, accruals, and P&L performance.
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and present actionable insights to leadership.
• Develop financial reports, KPI dashboards, and operational performance analyses.
• Collaborate with Accounting on month-end and year-end close processes.
• Oversee product costing, cost allocations, and cost center management.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability, operational efficiencies, and cost controls.
• Lead financial process improvements, system implementations, and cross-functional projects.
• Manage, mentor, and develop finance team members.
