Job summary

Zoox in Foster City, CA hybrid role for a Financial Analyst in Production Manufacturing. You will partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Accounting to drive financial planning, MEC activities, and KPI reporting.

You will leverage SAP, Anaplan and other systems to analyze data and provide actionable insights that improve cost control and operational efficiency in a manufacturing environment. This role requires strong cost accounting knowledge and the ability to influence decisions across

Qualifications

• BA/BS in finance, accounting, data science, or quantitative field.
• 4+ years FP&A or analytical experience in manufacturing.
• 2+ years building models, forecast templates, dashboards.
• Experience with product costing and financial analysis in manufacturing.
• Experience with planning/reporting tools (Anaplan, OneStream, Looker).
• Strong analytical ability to synthesize large data into insights.
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships within finance and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory, BOM, open PO, and other manufacturing KPI planning and reporting.
• Support monthly S&OP and forecast variance reporting to Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain leadership.
• Manage close activities including accruals and allocations for product costing.
• Analyze large datasets from Anaplan, SAP S4, SAP Ariba to drive insights.
• Support implementation of systems for production manufacturing through design, build, testing, cutover.
