Job summary

kascocareers is seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial planning, analysis, and reporting across manufacturing operations and field services. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• 3+ years of accounting/financial reporting experience
• Experience creating Tableau reports
• Strong GAAP and SOX knowledge/experience
• Organized, systematic, and able to develop strategic plans
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated; able to work with limited direction under pressure
• Technical acumen, analytical skills
• Strong organizational and time management in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and variance reports
• Analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts
• Identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost savings
• Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate financial metrics to leadership
• Assist in developing annual budgets for manufacturing operations and field services
• Maintain and update financial forecasts based on operational activity
• Analyze budget variances and provide explanations and recommendations
• Track and reconcile manufacturing costs, labor expenses, and field service billing
• Monitor project profitability and job costing accuracy
• Support inventory valuation and cost accounting processes
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable reconciliation
• Process and verify transactions and journal entries
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Support audit preparation and external reporting
• Maintain financial documentation and records
• Maintain financial databases and spreadsheets
• Ensure accuracy of data input and reporting
• Assist with implementation of accounting software upgrades
