ProAmpac is seeking a strategic FP&A Manager to lead forecasting, planning, and financial analysis across multiple manufacturing locations. You will partner with Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, and leadership to drive profitability and business growth.

This role emphasizes driver-based models, ROI analyses, pricing insights, and dashboard reporting to give leadership clear visibility into performance and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 6+ years of FP&A or manufacturing finance experience.
• Strong background in manufacturing cost drivers and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead AOP and rolling 18-month forecasts across plants and units.
• Develop driver-based models, scenario analysis, and what-if analyses.
• Partner with Operations and Plant Leadership to analyze cost, labor, throughput, and waste.
• Deliver detailed financial analysis on pricing, product mix, margins, and performance.
• Perform Price-Volume-Mix analysis to explain revenue and margin fluctuations.
• Support pricing strategy decisions with margin and cost impact analysis.
• Analyze KPIs to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and productivity gains.
• Support ROI analysis and financial modeling for capital investments.
• Build dashboards and reporting tools for visibility into performance.
• Consolidate and present results to senior leadership as trusted business partner.
• Drive cross-functional alignment around financial targets and execution.
