Job summary

ImageTek Mfg is seeking an FP&A Specialist to own full-cycle accounting, cost calculation, and internal control within our Springfield, VT operations. The role centers on tracking core KPIs, modeling costs, and providing analysis to drive business decisions.

Responsibilities include end-to-end accounting control, month-end support, and ongoing financial analysis to assess risks and opportunities. A Bachelor’s in a related field and 2+ years in manufacturing finance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Economics, Management, Financial Management, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing finance, cost accounting, or financial management.
• Familiarity with manufacturing operations and cost accounting processes.
• Excellent daily planning and long term project management skills.
• Understanding of ERP systems.
• Familiar with financial and tax compliance frameworks and internal control design capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Tracking, collection, calculation, and aggregation of core KPIs across business units.
• Cost calculation, analysis, and control of manufacturing costs and BOM labor costs.
• End-to-end accounting control across manufacturing operations (time cards to payroll).
• Developing and tracking performance metrics, budgets, and variances to support management decisions.
