ImageTek Mfg in North Springfield, VT, is seeking an FP&A Specialist to lead full-cycle accounting, cost control, and KPI analysis across regional operations. You will build data models, monitor financial metrics, and provide management with insights to drive decision-making.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2+ years in manufacturing finance or cost accounting, plus ERP experience. This role does not offer sponsorship at this time.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or above in Economics, Management, Financial Management, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing finance, cost accounting, or financial management.
• Familiarity with manufacturing operations and cost accounting processes.
• Understanding of ERP systems and internal control design capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Data tracking, collection, calculation, and aggregation of core KPIs from manufacturing units.
• Cost calculation and control for standard and actual manufacturing costs.
• Oversee end-to-end transaction streams and accounting control across operations.
• Perform financial analysis and support agile budgeting adjustments and risk assessment.
