Job summary

Cenveo is hiring a Production Expeditor for our Williamsburg, PA facility. The role supports expediting materials, services, and time to meet customer demands while aligning with production goals. This is a non-union position requiring solid administrative and coordination skills.

Responsibilities include scheduling reviews, documentation processing, material coordination, records maintenance, and cross-department communication. Evening overtime may be required during peak periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of experience in administration or work order production.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support production scheduling by reviewing, processing, and tracking production orders.
• Prepare and distribute production paperwork, schedules, and job packets to support daily operations.
• Coordinate materials, paper, artwork, and supplies to ensure jobs are ready for production.
• Maintain production, inventory, paper usage, and shipping records.
• Communicate updates with production, customer service, and other departments.
• Assist with ordering production materials and tracking inventory levels.
• Provide administrative support and backup coverage for scheduling, inventory, and billing.
