Responsibilities emphasize safety, quality, and continuous improvement. You will monitor progress, review drawings, coach staff, and implement lean practices to meet production goals while maintaining open communication with management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in supervision.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Hands-on approach; spend ~90% on the production floor.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent with email, spreadsheets, word processing, and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety, quality, and housekeeping on the production floor.
• Monitor employee productivity and provide coaching as needed.
• Review drawings to ensure production feasibility.
• Monitor time and prepare daily production reports.
• Increase output through lean principles and efficient staffing.
• Manage employee hours to meet orders within budget.
