Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 2+ years of financial analysis experience in manufacturing.
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookup functions.
• Experience with SAP or Oracle ERP.
• Bonus: exposure to lean manufacturing and SQL/data modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards and reports to track manufacturing metrics.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analysis for plant leadership.
• Build and maintain cost models for products and production lines.
• Track standard costs and investigate variances.
• Support the annual budget and quarterly forecast process.
• Analyze capital project requests and track spending against budgets.
• Reconcile inventory balances and review cycle counts.
• Prepare journal entries and support month-end close.
