The Pivot Group Network in Zeeland, MI is recruiting a Financial Analyst to support manufacturing leadership with monthly reports, cost models, and variance analysis. This role focuses on plant-level finance, budgeting, and forecasting in a dynamic industrial setting.

You will build dashboards, track standard costs, and analyze capital projects while communicating results to non-financial staff. 2+ years of manufacturing finance experience preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Two+ years of financial analysis experience in manufacturing.
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and lookups.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analysis for plant leadership.
• Build and maintain cost models for products and production lines.
• Track standard costs and investigate cost variances.
• Support the annual budget and quarterly forecast process.
• Analyze capital project requests and track spending against approved budgets.
• Reconcile inventory balances and review cycle count results.
• Prepare journal entries and support month end close activities.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track key manufacturing metrics.
