The Pivot Group Network is recruiting for Financial Analyst roles in the DeWitt, MI area. This network partners with manufacturing companies to place skilled finance professionals who can lead cost analyses, budgeting, and financial reporting for production facilities.

Ideal candidates have manufacturing FP&A experience, strong Excel and ERP familiarity, and can communicate financial results clearly to plant leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
• 2+ years of financial analysis experience in manufacturing.
• Strong Excel skills with pivots and lookups.

Responsabilidades

• Track standard costs and investigate cost variances.
• Support the annual budget and quarterly forecast process.
• Analyze capital project requests and track spending against approved budgets.
• Reconcile inventory balances and review cycle count results.
• Prepare journal entries and support month end close activities.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track key manufacturing metrics.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analysis for plant leadership.
• Build and maintain cost models for products and production lines.
