Job summary

Venteon Finance is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst for a leading manufacturing company in the Eldon, MO area. The Financial Analyst performs financial close, costing, FP&A, budgeting, and standard cost-setting activities.

The role requires analyzing operating results, maintaining cost accounting systems, and delivering timely production and labor metrics to plant management. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will drive cost reductions and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing environment; automotive a plus.
• Strong Excel skills; experience with financial systems (MFG Pro/SAP/HFM).
• Ability to analyze complex data and communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis of operating results including volume, mix, price and standard margin; identify cost-reduction opportunities.
• Maintain cost accounting systems; update MBOM and reconcile to SAP BOM; prepare standard costs and monthly cost roll-ups; analyze variances.
• Provide data for BBP reporting and compare plant performance to global benchmarks to drive improvements.
• Analyze inventory balances to identify slow-moving or obsolete stock and optimize inventory turnover.
• Revise performance records and assist in forecasting and annual profit planning.
