Qualifications

• 3-5 years of finance, accounting, or financial analysis experience.
• Manufacturing, operations, or supply chain exposure preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and HLOOKUP.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform forecast-to-actual variance analysis and identify key business drivers.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Create and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking tools.
• Validate financial data and ensure reporting accuracy within ERP systems.
• Investigate reporting discrepancies and collaborate on solutions.
• Assist with ERP, reporting, and business intelligence improvements.
• Provide financial modeling and decision-support analysis for operations.
• Communicate financial results and recommendations to cross-functional teams.

Location: Newington, NH

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

Pay Rate: $90,000-$100,000 annually

In this role, you will partner with manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, and operations teams to provide financial analysis, forecasting support, reporting, and operational insights. Job Duties
